Barnyard Millet Khichdi
- Rinse 1 cup Barnyard millet and soak for 15 minutes.
- Sauté bay leaf, cumin, onions, and mixed veggies in oil.
- Add millet, salt, and 2 cups water, then cook covered.
- Fluff and serve with raita or chutney.
