- Dry roast 1 cup Foxtail millet and set aside.
- Sauté mustard seeds, curry leaves, onions, and chilies in oil.
- Add chopped veggies and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add 2.5 cups water, bring to a boil, then add millet and cook till soft.
